Bright Beginnings Learning Center

Who We Serve:

Our goal is to provide a high-quality child care environment for students attending Great Falls College MSU and the Great Falls community. We understand child care is an essential part of balancing life as students work to obtain a college education and we strive to work with students to provide a flexible schedule and supportive environment that supports their educational goals.

Bright Beginnings serves families of children ages six weeks to six years of age. Six weeks through 24 months is a full-time only position. The center can serve a maximum of 88 children at one time. Children are grouped into classes of eight, 16, and 18 with adult/child ratios matching the minimum required by the state of Montana for the youngest child in the group. Priority placement of children in the program is given to enrolled Great Falls College MSU students. If spaces are not utilized by GFC MSU students, consideration will be given to faculty and staff, and the general public in that priority order. Drop in care is available based on center enrollment for families who need immediate temporary or one-time care. Contact site director, Rebecca Mallo for current age group availability.

During Great Falls College MSU and Great Falls Public Schools intersessions, BBLC offers camp programs for preschool and kindergarten prep classrooms. Camp offers exciting and educational opportunities for children three years up to eight years of age (depending on kindergarten prep enrollment). Communication for camps is typically announced near the end of April each year.

Bright Beginnings Learning Center accepts the Best Beginnings Scholarship through the state of Montana, as well as several scholarships offered through Great Falls College MSU.
